Absolutely awful. Don't know how they're allowed to stay open. They would just let themselves into the house without warning. Home alone one day and got out the shower to have 3 grown men stood talking on the landing after having let themselves in. Constant occurrence of them letting themselves in without even knocking let alone a text. Never fixed anything and didn't care at all - made constant excuses.

Would look beautiful if £100,000 was put into it. Full of mould, ruined all belongings. Walls and banisters were wet it was that cold and estate agent blamed it on condensation from our breathing. Problems with rats and maggots. Bathroom and kitchen ceiling leaked and agent said "of course it's going to leak when it rains, that's normal". Previous students warned us not to move in but because the house is so big it is exciting and you end up ignoring their very valid advice.
