Oh my God no. If you have the option, steer clear. If you don't have the option, go for the only block of flats available with electronic locks and a gated car park.

It's in the poor part of the city, so you can't expect too much. There is a Lidl at 5min walk

Quiet in the morning but later on very loud because of the pub next door. Buses late all the time, only 2 shops and not much to do.

It’s a pretty rough area and I thought I’ve seen it all in my time. On several occasions we’ve had the police show up to our door looking for previous tenants. We’ve had people randomly knocking at our door at 3am asking to come in.

One time there was a robbery on the other side the estate (you could see all the police and commotion happening from our back window) one of the robbers ended up in our garden and escaped through the side access (property is semi detached). We had to sleep with bats next to the bed as we were so scared. As soon as I found out I was pregnant we knew we had to leave. A woman was also sexually assaulted about 200 yards from this property the week we moved in.

Cars rev up and down the hill every night which will keep you up. Car accidents are regular occurrences and the police are nearly stationed in and around the estate 24/7.

The neighbourhood is quiet and discrete. Location is excellent. Very convenient as close to town centre, schools and local amenities.

Nice neighbours, quiet area easy to get into town and uni. was about 15 minute walk into town, only problem was off street parking.

On Priory Avenue, not too far from Morrisons, Hughenden Road, Roberts Road or Uni/Town.

Relatively quiet and easy neighbourhood. Some noisy kids next door sometimes but overall wasn't a bad location.

was good, felt un-safe with the house next door but one, always people sat outside the house who wolf whistle and shout things at you when you walk past...

Attached to a corner shop and 30 seconds from a pub. 10 minute walk to town and less to a big Morrisons. The street is a mixture of students and young families so the dynamic is nice.
