Didn't communicate with the Landlady properly, promised we would have a cleaner come and deep clean the flat before we moved in, this didn't happen and the flat was dirty, uncleaned and had mould in the washing machine and fridge freezer.

Really nice 2 bed flat, 5 minute walk from the town centre and uni, lovely neighbours, and quite area. Only fault is it is non furnished.
