Never met them. Absolutely no contact details other than a name (phone and email are Chiltern's own). I'm not even sure they exist, because they certainly don't do anything.

I don't know how this company can exist. Absolutely no contact with their customers. Tell you bills are paid by the landlord, then sneak in something else on the contract! Try to get more money out of you by lying about payments and hope you don't argue back. Never get anything done even after multiple emails. Made us move in a week late because the previous resident stayed later.

+ Large rooms, close to town, large garden, pub opposite, has a driveway, near corner shop and supermarket

- Still had mould and limescale when we moved in, loose doors that allow slugs in, no thermostat, busy road outside, garden is never cut, broken parts, no window insulation, this list could go on.

- Busy road, hard to drive on to during rush hour. Hard to cross road.
