Ann Wilton from Warrener property is the worst landlord i had, This was first time i went to rent a property without agency and i am regretting this. In the winter we did not have central heating for a month because landlord failed to arrange a fix, we cannot control when the heating is on because there are locks on the appliances, even though tv and internet is supposedly included in the bill we have child pins and locks so we cant watch tv anyway. Landlord has horrible demeanour, never replies to messages and is plainly rude. As well as this she just lets herself in however she pleases without letting anybody know and leaving a mess in the room.

The property is of nice value , has big garden and central location. It is quiet away from the traffic. The only problem with it is that it has been renovated cheaply and this can be seen it the amount of problems that occur with basic appliences
