So quick at responding to everything and resolves things quickly. Even whilst away for 3 months he gave us contacts in case we had any issues and he managed to fix our problems from half way across the world. Washing machine broke and he brought us a brand new state of the art one installed in less than a week. Nothing is too much trouble and a genuinely nice person - actually respects students and treats us like any other renter.

Can't complain about the finish of the house, feels brand new on the inside with a stylish finish. All utilities are high quality and work well. Finest student home I've lived in! Practically perfect!

Attached to a corner shop and 30 seconds from a pub. 10 minute walk to town and less to a big Morrisons. The street is a mixture of students and young families so the dynamic is nice.
