It is a horrible place to live. My bed had bed bugs all over it. The lift never works, my toilet came broken, the ventilators do not work, my parcels have been stolen numerous times and the only response I ever get from them is that it is not their problem. Throughout all of this Jade Ata has been the most horrible human being who is honestly extremely rude and unhelpful.

Awful - down right rude Jade Ata you should be ashamed of yourself !

This is the worst landlord/agency I have dealt with as a student. This should hardly be surprising as they were taken to criminal court in 2018.

The lady dealing with the admin (Jade) appears not to care for the tenants in my opinion. She is late in replying to emails if she even replies to them at all... She, in my opinion, is rude and will always look to blame the tenant for things that go wrong, such as misplacing emails that have been sent to her despite the evidence suggesting to the contrary.

They will also try to make money out of students for basic things such as checking CCTV when there has been a security breach.

Also as mentioned, they have been to criminal court recently. Reviews on Google tell you this experience is not isolated.

Noble are the worst agency I’ve ever been with. They are disorganised and untrustworthy
