The Hub is full of brand new flats and seems like a nice place to live. And it has been so far apart from the fact that when we moved in there was a stain on our kitchen ceiling by the windows. When asking about it the agent said it was an old mark and nothing to worry about.
Queue the last three times it has rained hard- my kitchen has flooded. The first time all they did was rip the roof down then ask me to contact them when it next occurred.
Rang about five people one of them responded the second time it occurred.
It’s since happened again and their excuse is that it’s going to be a big job, which there is still no sign of them starting even though we are approaching winter.
I’ve also been awaiting my mailbox keys for three months and asked several times and received no answer.
Overall, as an agency Noble Lettings have been nothing but appalling for the three months I’ve lived here. None of their agents know what on earth they’re doing or they’re all too lazy to do any proper work.

Netherthorpe is a okay area to live in near to Kelham Island and it doesn’t take long to get to the centre of Sheffield with a tram stop and regular buses on your doorstep
