Lovely lady. Got repairs fixed quickly. Fitted new kitchen in the middle of our tenancy (over the summer) as the old one was quite old - which we really appreciated. Popped over occasionally, giving us plenty of notice, mostly just to check everything was okay.
She let us stay a few extra days at the end of our tenancy so we didn't have to put our stuff into storage waiting for our next contract to start.

Good condition - new bathroom and kitchen fitted.
No communal living area but living room furniture is in one of the bedrooms.
Can get a bit cold as ground floor with wooden double glazed windows (draughty) and storage heaters.
Furniture is all decent quality and the walls are thick so cant hear neighbours etc.

Mostly families in the area so not too loud overnight.
Inside the ring road within 5 minutes of devonshire green and the city centre, as well as 5 minutes from the university.
Right next to the ring road so could hear cars and ambulances at all hours.
Walking from the city centre/devonshire green can be a bit dodgy as it is not well lit - would advise taking the long route via west street between 10pm and 5am
