Would like to echo the previous reviews on this website - Luisa was a poor landlord, promising things to us before we moved in which she clearly never planned to deliver. She would come to the house unannounced, even letting herself in if nobody was home. We moved in to the house with it being very grubby and the basement was full of random bits and bobs. As the tenancy ended, we were given big deductions to our deposit, including for the rubbish in the basement which we inherited and pre-existing stains to the skirting boards. Similarly to the previous review, the bike store was also promised to us - despite there being more pressing issues with the property - and again never materialised, just like the 'welcome bottle of wine' promised... I just wish we had read this review before moving in.

The property had a base layer of dirt that was hard to shift, clearly in need of more serious decoration and care. The rooms were a mix - one was huge, one was tiny, and the two on the top floor were dominated by the roof overhang. The kitchen was again grubby, but fine. There was a fridge in the living room which was slightly incongruous. The garden was gross; old, dirty, patio furniture and overgrown, collapsed outhouse - would not sit there on even the sunniest of days.

Area rating
Nice area, good shops and close to Endcliffe Park. There are just much nicer properties in the area which I suggest you try to find!
