Landlord rating
There were 5 bedrooms in this property. The property had damp problem that was not disclosed beforehand. The estate agent (Blundells) which is part of Countrywide did not respond to repeated complaints of issues with damp and rainwater seeping in through the top floor bay window. I had made the complaint by phone, email and through their useless web portal for complaints. And they did not rectify the problem with the mentioned 28 days. In fact at the end of the year long tenancy the problem was still there. Worst estate agent and the landlord could not show any concern for a family with kids aged 8 down to a 1 year old !
