The agency were very good. On each inspection I was handed a copy of the topics and outcomes discussed. This was very useful. I never had to wait if there were issues that they were able to help with.

The apartment was new and I was the first resident in it. There were snagging issues initially which were eventually resolved. Within 5 years, there was mould developing in the main bedroom and the Juliet doors started leaking in, damaging the carpet. The letting agents tried to resolve the latter without much success. The upstairs apartment tenants were terribly noisy on several occasions and I ended up leaving a home I loved after 8 years because of this. On the Google Maps picture, mine was the apartment with a window box! I loved this place!

The area is thought to be a bit 'posh' to locals surrounding the development. There are no public transport links in the development and it's a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. Shops and schools a mile away in the main village.
