Richard and Aaron were really nice and got thing fixed quickly when they broke. Were hesitant to replace some of the old tattered stuff though. Took quite a while to get our deposits back. The house was not properly cleaned when we moved in. Make sure you add this as a clause in your contract so that it is definitely done!!!

The property is the top two stories of a four story building. Lots of lovely original features. Bedrooms were all a good size and the house stayed warm quite well. Kitchen is upstairs which is slightly weird. Several of the furnishings were old and either broke or really needed replacing. Garden was just a patio - not really usable.

Lovely, lots of families, a pretty quiet and very clean neighbourhood. The house overlooks a nursery and the sports pitches so you can hear that but it's not too loud. Close to shops in Broomhill and on Barber Road. The gym is 1 minute walk away. 10-15 minute walk to the SU.
