Very poor communication from the landlords. When they did contact you there was a lot of miscommunication.
Repairs took a while - in one instance we were left without a working washing machine for 2.5 months. When they came to repair things it was usually a 'quick fix' rather than a long term fix.
There were errors with rent and tried to raise our rent mid-tenancy!
Emergency number was turned off as well!

At first the property looks nice. It has an updated modern kitchen kitchen, sizable bedroom and plenty of light.
However there were many issues with this property. The large fridge/freezer was freezing everything that was put in it. There were damp issues even when all the windows were left open. There isn't a lot of kitchen storage space for six residents.
You can hear the neighbours walking around upstairs. Setting up internet connection at the property is shockingly bad - good luck.

Not a bad neighbourhood. Building is secure (if the front door is fixed). Its close by to the town and both unis.
