Very poor communication from the landlords. When they did contact you there was a lot of miscommunication.
Repairs took a while - in one instance we were left without a working washing machine for 2.5 months. When they came to repair things it was usually a 'quick fix' rather than a long term fix.
There were errors with rent and tried to raise our rent mid-tenancy!
Emergency number was turned off as well!
