Good condition - new bathroom and kitchen fitted.
No communal living area but living room furniture is in one of the bedrooms.
Can get a bit cold as ground floor with wooden double glazed windows (draughty) and storage heaters.
Furniture is all decent quality and the walls are thick so cant hear neighbours etc.
