The landlord is quick to communicate but can take a long time to fulfil repairs. He is generally a friendly guy and the we have gotten to know the handiman quite well.

Property review for 36 Bower Road, Crookesmoor, Sheffield

There are 5 rooms, all of decent size except for one. There is no mould but the bathroom needs a deep clean. The house is a good size and has a socialable layout. There is not much light that can get into the property and there is a lot of junk in the cellar. Underneath the skirting board in the kitchen was filthy and despite telling the landlord multiple times, it still has not been cleaned. The house did not have a deep clean when we moved in. Also no television.

The area is very close to shops and close to the university. Walk to the union in under 10 minutes. Also close to many other student but not close to any big supermarkets.
