Slow repairs, poor communication and unwillingness to work with us during coronavirus.
- 2 weeks to replace a broken washing machine
- moved in with a garden full of rubbish
- multiple repairs promised and not completed.
- no communication of where we were in upgrades. Eg they dumped the washing machine in the living room and didn’t communicate a fitter was coming the next day, so we had to install it ourselves.
- straight up refused to offer to work with us to work out a reduced rent price during coronavirus (a reduction not totally waiving rent) lectures myself and friends on “social responsibility” and compromising yet they are not willing to entertain the idea themselves. Clearly out to maximise profit regardless of the current climate.

Don't communicate or fix problems, don't send people over when they say they have. bad company. Made to feel as though you are low on the list because you are students. Never enough staff or communication between staff
