Extension not finished, kitchen roof leaks, back door is incredibly easy to break into. Internet is slow and landlord/agency refuses to fix it properly since move in date. Takes more than a 2 weeks - 4 weeks to fix based necessities like water problems.

quiet, but bad parking. Close to main bus routes and 20 minutes from city centre. University of Cumbria right behind, Lancaster University around 10-15 bus journey with frequent buses
