LUSU LIVING always completed repairs on time and were very responsible to emails. At the beginning of the year they gave us biscuits, tea and some cleaning products to begin with. They visit about once a term to clean the communal areas. They carry out fire drills once a term and fire alarm tests every week.

There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen/living room. The front bedroom is very large but is facing directly on to the street so can get noisy, the other two bedrooms are very dark as they face the courtyard. All double beds with very large wardrobes, TV and Hoover supplied.

The living room has one small window at the end so without the lights on you cannot see anything. One bathroom does get small amounts of mould in the corner but mostly they are spacious and the showers always work.

Bins often overflow and the washing machine/dryer is in a separate building, there is also a communal space but the TV was stolen from it.

Our house is in the very centre of town, the train station is a three minute walk and the bus station is a five minute walk down the hill. The big sainsburys supermarket is seen minutes away, and there are numerous pubs, restaurants and shops within very close walking distance.
