I have not requested any repairs this year so cannot comment on their response to requests. However I accidentally locked myself one evening - I called Student Housing Lancaster and they responded within 10 minutes, arriving to the property with the keys within 20. Unfortunately there was a lot of mess when I moved in and I found when moving furniture and doing cleaning myself that there were areas that clearly hadn't been cleaned in a very long time which is disappointing - but at least there's no excuse to not give me my deposit back as it is definitely in a better state than it was when I moved in!!

The property is in lovely condition with only few marks of standard wear and tear on floors and walls. It has one big room for a living/bedroom space, a seperate bathroom with a small shower and a reasonably sized kitchenette. The property is small but cosy. I would give more stars but a big issue I have entrance and front door wall is basically frosted windows with no other windows in the property, meaning there isn't a lot of natural light (I struggle keeping plants in there!). Area review for Bulk, Lancaster

The area is fantastic as a 'base' as it's a two minute walk away from the bus station and a five minute walk into town. It is also quite close to Sainsburys and not far from more student budget friendly shops like B&M Bargains and Farmfoods. The only issue is that it is on a main road so it is very noisy with traffic during the day and by drunk people of the nights.
