Mighty House have been very easy to contact and usually get back to you in a timely manner. They use an online report system called Fixflo to log repairs for the landlord to access, as I believe it is the landlord that organises contractors, not the agency. Recently had some trouble with the washing machine, the issue was communicated to the agency over the phone but not logged on the system so there was a delay in getting the washer unlocked to retrieve trapped washing and in the repair of the machine.

Property rating
Property in good condition, modern appliances and furniture (ikea drawers/wardrobe/desk in the bedrooms). Equipped with washer dryer, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, tv in living room and small tv in the bedrooms. No small kitchen appliances: we provided our own kettle and microwave, could also have bought a toaster. Rooms have a small electric heater, they have been temperamental but done the job. Windows are single glazing, not so insulating against heat or noise unfortunately, so it is noisy at weekends.

Area rating
Very close proximity to both Common Garden Street and the Bus Station. Walking distance to all town centre shops, and the new Lidl. Due to being close to the town centre and some pubs there is noise later at night during the weekends.
