They came round every now and again to make sure all was okay, always gave notice. Towards the end of the year and exam season they came round with wellness packs, they also set us up with a fire stick with access to Netflix etc. Repairs were performed very quickly

We lived on 48 Dale street, the property itself was lovely. Good sized bedrooms, decent bathroom sizes and the kitchen and living area were spacious. When we moved in it was clean, Philippa and Tom were always on hand if something went wrong. We had an issue with the front door and a locksmith was round within a couple of hours
