Really great, when our microwave and dishwasher broke replacements were fitted promptly. Really great as negotiated us an extra week to make sure our tenancy covered the whole of term time (the original contract only covered until week 29 in summer)

7 Rooms to a flat. Each with kitchenette area including a mini fridge, microwave and sink. High spec bathrooms with heated towel rail. Large high pressure shower, which is cleaned weekly. Large wardrobe with full length mirror. Large desk with overhead shelving. Smart TV included. Standard double with bedside table and plenty of underbed storage. Slide up windows means in summer rooms heat up very quickly, often left these open overnight. Trains are very loud particularly the freight trains in the night, in summer its hard when it's so hot and you need the window open.

Great location for buses under 10 mins to common garden and the number 4 will drop off outside the building. Just high levels of noise due to trains and busy road
