Four rooms of varying size. All rooms fit a double bed, though the master has much more room than the bedroom at the back. Utility cupboards have been dedicated to the member of the house with the smallest room to aid it. Space works well for those living here.

Good transport links to and from town with lots of local amenities nearby. There is a private back and front garden that adds security to the property. You can occasionally hear tipsy students heading into town but this is similar anywhere.
