Three bed-house. Two bedrooms upstairs with a spare room which we utilised as a study/storage room, and one bedroom downstairs next to the kitchen and living-room.

Good sized bedrooms with plenty of room for storage and amply furnished.

Area rating

Buses to Lancaster University were frequent after the bus-timetable update. At peak times it was sometimes difficult to get a bus given that they had picked up from Common Garden Street before heading into Bowerham, but if you plan your journeys well there's no reason you will not be able to get a bus to uni when you want to. On the contrary, buses into town were never a problem. Local shops/businesses were abundant and a two-minute walk from the house - Spar, barbers, hairdressers, pub, chip shop. Very quiet neighbourhood, a nice place to live quietly.
