Fees were somewhat reasonable only issue was that a number of fees we were not told about when sinung the agreement.
To start with the letting agents were somewhat prompt with replys however by the second half of the year communication was poor taking up to month before getting a reply and have them organise repairs. Which became an issue when repairs were urgent. At times despite reporting issues they were not repaired.
