Easy to contact when we was wanting to rent with them and easy to contact when they needed rent of us other than that never answered emails or phones never sent anyone for repairs unless it suited them. Had to chase up with calls and emails for weeks before they listened. Kept saying we don't open the window for the mold in the kitchen and each time they came out (7/8 times in the 6/7months we complained) they sprayed a solution and Said someone will come to fix a fan which heat and steam can go out from but couple weeks after same problem again. Also nothing was done for rats we caught them ourselves using mice trap, they was coming from lady downstairs because the garden was such a dump. The annecy used to give people keys without telling us eg:- alarm checks we would be asleep and the workers would just walk in even agency would walk in when they pleased without informing us of their checks they wanted to carry out.

I would have given minus stars if it's an option. They are the most terrible and unprofessional agency I have dealt with. In summer, the shower wasn't fixed after a month on the phone and email back and forth. I had to shower in the company. And any maintenance is basically not happening unless it's something like the shower doesn't work. I still haven't got my deposit back two months after proper checkout. I have brought the issue to DPS.
