Extremely hard to get repairs. The property manager has to be chased multiple times per day otherwise she tends to ignore emails and messages. I constantly have to escalate complaints to her manager.

The landlord is refusing to carry out repairs and the agency is telling me to pay for the repairs myself or leave, instead of assisting me.
