Not transparent, not advertised fees.
Had to pay a holding fee before seeing the contract.
Contract contains misleading clauses claiming arbitrary deductions from deposit.
They use deposits, mine wasn’t properly protected, in order to cash arbitrary fees at the end or renewal of tenancies.
Use licenses to occupy improperly.
Cleaning of common area is charged on top of rent and is not advertised as a fee.
They ask to be paid on accounts belonging to other agencies, whose directors were former officers of theirs, and can be found (September 2021) in the rogue landlord database.
Misleading contract, deceptive communication.
Some of the rooms lacking lockable doors.
Surprise visits with no warnings.
Too many irregularities to report here.
Gives illegal notices during fixed term tenancies, threatening to just remove the tenants.
Too many companies used interchangeably.
