Manchester Estate Agent, really bad agency, they don't care at all. Once, when I asked something about the flat they were renting, they replied "we are not supposed to know everything about the properties we rent", like wow (the question was simply if the washing machine was also a dryer).
They are always not nice in the ways they say things.
