Soneka is nice but she's never in the office to take our concerns. She only works half days and is seemingly always on annual leave. Bramleys pass on concerns to the landlord but they contract their own electrician, handy man etc and they're all useless. With the handy man we were recovering from a cold. The door needed fixing due to water coming in at the bottom. When he heard a little cough he said it was covid and just packed his bag and left. A bunch of clowns. Soneka herself is lovely though.
