Letting agent reviews for Musgrove, North Walsham

The letting agent (Musgrove, previously DPS Estates) has a negligent approach: the property has mould, known asbestos, and fire hazards. It's not even the landlord's fault - Musgrove claims he's got it in hand and the landlord only found out how bad it was when I went to the press!

Since learning of a kitchen wiring problem, so severe that we are banned from using the oven/stove, it has taken an ongoing seven months to get approval for this to be repaired. Musgrove takes no responsibility and claims to not be responsible for who gets instructed to repair the works.

I have had to escalate this to my MP and the press just to get Musgrove to take this seriously. They have not apologised, responded to my formal complaint, nor offered a rent reduction for the 6+ months this has been a known issue for. It frequently takes weeks to get the smallest thing done. And it's not even a me thing - reviews show they do this to every one of their tenants, not just the ones with pride flags in the window.

Do not rent their properties.

Agency are negligent, non-responsive, and dismissive.
