Where to start, the agency took two months to process a tenants guarantor. As well as this the agency keep saying we have not paid certain payments after we have, meaning WE have to be the ones that provide them with receipts from months ago proving we have paid. When we went in to sign our tenancy agreement they tried claiming we did not pay our deposit. We had to provide them with our bank statements before they responded "oh yeah here it is". If we did not keep record of this we would have had to pay our deposits twice. A similar situation happened again when I received a worrying text saying my rent was now overdue, after I went in specifically to pay it when I signed my tenancy agreement. I called up and they said that we still owed them booking fees from 5 months ago.. Of course we showed them the receipts and once again they responded with "oh yeah here it is".
