Genuinely poor experience renting through Front Door Lettings. Maintenance requests — extra bins, a promised washer/dryer for a full house — went unresolved for months, and we were locked out of the house due to a faulty front door key. Communication with the landlord was slow and full of excuses. At move-out, they tried to deduct £80 for cleaning with no invoice provided despite repeated requests — I've had to take this to formal deposit dispute resolution. Would not recommend.
