This agency is an absolute nightmare for tenants. When Simon was working there, things were handled much better, but after he left, everything went downhill fast. After only one year, they told me my rent would increase by £150. When I tried to negotiate to £100, they punished me by raising it to £200 instead. That shows exactly how little they value their tenants.

Maintenance? Forget it. The entrance door lock broke and they left it unfixed for an entire year, always saying the landlord was “looking for another quote.” I moved out and it was still broken. That’s not just poor service, it’s neglect.

The deposit process was just as bad — I had to chase them for a month and a half, sending email after email, only to hear excuse after excuse like “we can’t reach the landlord.” Completely unprofessional.

There are plenty of agencies out there that treat tenants with respect and basic decency. This is not one of them. Save yourself the stress and rent elsewhere.
