Letting agent reviews for Broad Court Property Management in Birmingham

We were moved to Broad Court as our letting agent half way through our tenancy. They were helpful. However, a lot of the time they were unable to resolve any issues due to our landlord (Richard Sandground) not letting them do anything and doing it all himself (very badly).

Understanding of our landlord issues and mostly offered support and acted as the middle man in communicating with our landlord, so I can imagine they took the brunt of most things. Stuart in particular was helpful to us this year.

they are abit slow at dealing with repairs but luckily the agency is just round the corner from the house so can go and speak to them directly if they are taking their time.

There were no agency fees. They were relatively easy to get hold of, repairs done fairly quickly on the whole as well. They also installed a brand new tumble dryer for us when I requested this.

Broadcourt has been reliable and fast when passing on issues to the landlord. Also the staff have been helpful.

They responded well and quickly to any issues. Easy to phone but could not find an email address. No problems at all.

Very slow to do anything, reluctant to replace the old bits in the house, you often have to ask 3/4 times before they do anything

Broad Court are pleasant to deal with and have helpful staff in-branch/on the phone/email. They will fix issues you report but they can be prone to forgetting items that need fixing, so you'll need to be prepared to politely nudge them every week or so if nothing seems to be happening. They've been professional whenever we've had to deal with them, though.

Broad Court are a lovely agency, very friendly and very accommodating. All paperwork was completed online so easy to do from abroad.

Broad court carry out monthly inspections but they only check the fire alarms are working and give plenty of notice.
