Pretty good during the trying to rent it phase. It was a 6 month tenancy agreement which was fine as we were buying a property. When the purchased happened sooner than planned absolutely no interest in finding new tenants, which was the landlords position also, so we paid rent, mortgage and 2 lots of council tax for 4 months... ouch

Unhelpful to say the least. Its quite apparent they side with the landlord. Thier post occupancy report is grossly overeggarated and did not correlate with the supporting photos. Beware!
