Letting agent reviews for Connells in United Kingdom

I letted it from Connells and they have been extremely difficult to deal with, I can never reach them and I don’t get replies either. They never wanted to actually show me the apartment and took a month just to fix the lights in the apartment.

I had no issues with the agency until it came for us moving out they were very unhelpful and delayed the process for the newer house I am now renting. Agency at the time was (Connell's)

The property was managed through the estate agent who were good with communication. I had to pay expensive fees as I moved in before the tenant fees ban. If there were any issues they often contacted the landlord for me as soon as possible. They came to review the house every six months to check everything was okay and going well and organised dates and times to suit me so I could be present.
