Despicable management. Repairs are ignored for months, and never resolved. They make you go through loops of emails without taking responsibility, in the end nothing is resolved. They only care that money is flowing in.
Lifts are never working, sometimes only 1 in 5 is working. The emergency lift has not worked in 1.5 years. Scary!
Lots of problems with mail delivered, but lastly they keep it for you, but only allow 5 hours per day to collect.
People moving all the time, which shows the poor value that this is.
No pets policy, yet the flats are unfurnished. I will never understand how landlords and agencies are allowed to do this. Pets are family, and not something to be disposed of!!!
