Flat 256, Bt Delta Point 35

Constant hot water problems that spans at least a year. You never know when you have it. I've taken so many cold showers that I have lost count. It is unbelievable!

Appliances are quite the rubbish and don't last. I have had 4 broken so far in an unreasonably timeframe. Within two weeks after moving in the freezer broke, ruining £100 worth of food. Never saw a dime as compensation from the management.

Be prepared to stand the noise. Windows are paper thin, hence you can hear everything: the flat upstairs, the ones next to you, the corridor, tuning cars that make absurd noises (there's even drag races sometimes), many fireworks, plenty of sirens at late hours, loud people outside (echos a lot), etc. Constant noise day and night.

Exterior windows not been cleaned not even once in 3 years. More like a wall. Depressing!

Structural issues:
The walls inside are thin and not very stable, hence damage easily. I have fissures in many of the walls. The paint is so bad, that when you splash something you won’t be able to remove it without taking the paint along with it. I cannot clean anything from the wall, and in the bathroom I’ve just learned to live with stains all over the place, because water obviously gets splashed. The floor damages easily. Draft on the windows. Fridge is right next to the oven. It even says in the instructions to never do that. It is a waste of energy and money. Bring your own toilet paper holder, because there is none
