Dangerous area. Police seen frequently near the building. And I have seen arrests with armed police more than once.
Extremely hard water.
Council is expensive, given they do not do a proper job, and I don't see that changing anytime soon. They have increased the council tax by 1.5 in 3 years. That's a lot!
