Station Approach

Honestly I have rented from numerous places and I have never met a landlady as brutal and insensitive as her. I was not even at the apartment for over 5 weeks as I had a family bereavement. I asked my father to help me move my items out and he travels from far so I told him to stay over there for that day and a half. The landlady has cameras outside the property and she saw that another guest was staying over and said that I violated the agreement and evicted me without any refund. Even after explaining my extenuating circumstances and that I required my fathers support she showed no compassion and would not even bother to offer a refund for the remaining 2 weeks of my contract. This was at the Enclave Croydon apartments under Spencer and Jackson. I am not even sure what her surname is as I asked her twice when I was signing the invoice however she would evade the question and only put herself under the company name which is ‘Spencer and Jackson’. Dodge at all costs. I initially was booking this through Airbnb however she said booking privately would be cheaper so I can’t even write a review on Airbnb now.

The property is enclave Croydon, the property itself is nice it is a lot smaller than the images but it’s the landlady who is very difficult and best to stay weary.
