Felt like our concerns weren't always addressed and could be slow to get in contact with. We were left without a locking door for several days and without hot water or heating for a week. Didn't always tell us when maintenance would be coming round.

Extremely rude and unhelpful, particularly when trying to get our deposit back. Agency would be friendly when dealing with parents and rude when dealing with students, presumably they assumed it would be the parents paying the rent (it wasn't!). Expensive fees and rent.

Rude to student tenants, slow to respond to maintenance calls, were a nightmare to get back deposit as refused to accept proof of bill payment
