The agency was The Property Company in Crouch End. They where poor I would say.
> Gruff and sometimes rude staff
> Bad terms compared to other agencies - insisting on 8 month break clauses for 12 month contracts (six is more standard)
> Large rent hikes - double or treble inflation
> Insisting on showing people the room during notice period before I left
> slow to respond to mice in building
> attempted unreasonable deductions from deposit (dust on top of wardrobe)
> numerous admin fee/ charges/ costs - few if any of which where justified
On the other hand they did repair the boiler quickly when it failed.
All in All I would say avoid them is at all possible, they've a badly run business and are generally unprofessional. They provide a bargain basement service at an expensive price.
