extremely slow to fix jobs, uncaring and clearly understaffed. Bizarrely, have really good reviews online but myself and 2 separate colleagues have rented with them and all have very poor experiences. extortionate fees including £75 for a guarantor check. took forever to get our deposit back and lost around £100 from it even though we left the house in a better condition than when we moved in. didn't bother challenging it as we knew we would never see the end of it. stay clear.
