The agency was extremely unprofessional. I complained that two of the tenants were breaching the contract by using drugs in the house and was told that since I was the only one who had complained, my complaint wasn't valid, despite sending evidence. When the problem wasn't dealt with, I wanted to move out, and my messages were ignored until I had chased up multiple times. This was even after an aggressive confrontation in the house that made me feel unsafe enough to sleep at a friend's. I was also told that I could only have my deposit back if I moved out five days earlier than planned so that they could move someone else in and make a profit on the room. The agent I dealt with was consistently late and often made me wait for an hour before turning up. I did get my deposit back quite promptly, but it was a hassle and required several messages and emails.
