Terrible. Boiler broke for a week on multiple occasions and he suggested we looked up online how to fix it refused to send out the gas engineer because it was a weekend. during this time one bedroom was flooding and damaging walls, was cold, ran the risk of destroying personal items. also posed a huge health risk as people in our house had asthma and were experiencing different illnesses. Letting agent was made aware of the damage it was causing in october and didn't solve the issue for months (infact we couldn't tell if it was even solved at all by the end of tenancy as nobody had actually came to fix the structural problems that caused the flooding!). When we suggested if we could be compensated in some way e.g be sent electrical heaters he said he would threaten us. Blamed us for the basement flooding when we had already made him aware about it and the smell of the blocked pipes were making in the house, which were ignored. Communication is terrible, multiple people have access to the whatsapp and different people come out to the property and so we never knew who we were talking to at any point. Used old inventory items from a year before we moved in and used these to try charge us for half of our deposit.
