The owner, Carole, is one of the most appalling business owners that I have ever encountered. She is patrionising, rude and deceptive, and quite frankly I cannot believe Premierlet is still in business. The company has an atrocious reputation locally.

Premier let were slow to deal with any problems, and 2 months since moving out we still haven’t received our deposit back. A slug infestation in the bottom bedroom wasn’t resolved for over a month. It can take weeks for emails to be replied to.
