The agency acted as if we were entitled for asking for the completely nonfunctional upstairs kitchen to be repaired as the flat had been advertised as having two kitchens. They were curt in all communications and would often send people to the flat without notice in early hours of the day. The repairs were not conducted in a timely manner--it was over a month before the upstairs kitchen was restored to a semi-functional state, and we spent two weeks with our downstairs toilet deconstructed and left in the main hallway. They claimed that our ending the lease with 28 days' notice was illegal because it was a month earlier than initially expected (this is not true, you can end a lease at any time given 28 days' notice under Scottish law). They attempted to force us to pay another month of rent under this pretense.

terrible. had a breakin, found out bradburne had no idea how many keys were out there, and no copy protection on the keys. refused to change the lock. took ages to fix broken inventory. tried to get our deposit for faults listed in the inventory.
